1. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may be collected directly by the Service Provider or through third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) integrated into the Application.
Information Collected Automatically: When you use the Application, certain information is collected automatically, which may include, but is not limited to:
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
Your mobile operating system
Persistent Identifiers: Such as your mobile device's unique advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID, AAID) and other device-specific identifiers used for analytics and advertising purposes.
Information You Provide: For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy. The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party service providers (such as AdMob and Firebase) use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to support functionality, analyze service usage, deliver personalized content and advertisements, and facilitate service delivery.
Where required by applicable law (e.g., in the EEA/UK), the Service Provider will obtain your consent before using non-essential tracking technologies or processing data for personalized advertising. You may manage your consent via the consent mechanism provided within the Application.
3. Third-Party Access and Services
The Service Provider shares your information with third parties only in the ways described in this privacy statement.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding how they handle data. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application.
The Application integrates SDKs from the following specific third-party service providers:
Google Play Services: Used for core app functionality and authentication.
Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics): Used for analyzing Application usage, monitoring performance, and diagnosing crashes. These services may collect device identifiers and usage data.
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements within the Application. AdMob may use device identifiers (like Advertising ID) to personalize ads and measure ad performance.
The Service Provider may also disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
4. Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide certain features. The AI components may process user data to deliver personalized content, recommendations, or automated functionalities. All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws. If you have questions about the AI features or data processing, please contact the Service Provider.
5. International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers (like Google) may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider relies on appropriate mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent where permitted by law.
6. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device but does not automatically delete information previously transmitted.
To request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or exercise any of your rights regarding previously collected data, contact the Service Provider at miracle.mun8000@gmail.com.
7. Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law.
Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance. Please note that retention periods for data collected directly by third-party SDKs (e.g., Firebase, AdMob) are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at miracle.mun8000@gmail.com.
9. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may occur through AdMob), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, including opting out of data sharing for personalized ads, please contact the Service Provider at miracle.mun8000@gmail.com.
10. Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age (or such higher age as required by applicable law). The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market the Application to children.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, they will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (miracle.mun8000@gmail.com) so that they can take the necessary actions.
11. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained.
12. Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.

14. Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action (e.g., via a consent banner upon first launch). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
15. Contact Us
